LOST PET RECOVERY SERVICE
PALS, our Pet Club Locator Service, has reunited thousands of lost pets with their families. Each pet included in every membership receives a Pet ID Tag to identify him/her electronically in our system. Each tag is imprinted with a unique identification number that corresponds with your pet’s information. In the event a pet becomes lost, the finder can easily locate the tag on the pet’s collar and
call the PALS Hotline. Our 24/7 service staff begin calling each emergency contact listed in the account to get the pet back to his/her family safely and swiftly.
How to Register For the Lost Pet Recovery Service
1. Log in at https://www.petassure.com/create-login-search/ (If you don’t have a Pet Assure ID, you can get yours by connecting to Pet Services through the number on your Member Card). Once you provide them with your name, they will give you your Pet Assure ID number.

Prescription Discounts for Your Pets

If your pet is prescribed a medication, ask your veterinarian if the medication is also used to treat human conditions. Examples are medications for seizures, heart conditions, infections, allergies, pain relief, diabetes and anti-depressants used to treat behavioral disorders in animals. Ask your veterinarian for a written prescription and take the prescription to a participating pharmacy along with
your RX Savings Card which includes the details for the pharmacist to apply a discount.
